FAQ

  • How long does a logo or brand project take?

Most branding projects take 2–6 weeks from kickoff to completion, depending on the scope. We’ll confirm a timeline before starting so you know exactly what to expect.

  • How many logo options will I get?

You’ll receive 3 initial concepts based on our agreed strategy. From there, we refine until we land on the final design. Once your final payment is made, you own the copyright for that logo.

  • What if I want changes?

Feedback is part of the process. You’ll have agreed revision rounds built into your project. If you need more tweaks beyond that, we can add them at £30 per extra round.

  • Who owns the rights to the designs?

Once the final payment is made, you own the rights to the final agreed design(s). Any unused concepts remain our property unless agreed otherwise.

  • Do you handle copyright and trademark registration?

Copyright for the final design transfers to you automatically. Trademark registration needs to be handled separately via a trademark lawyer or through the official government website. If you’re registering, let us know - we can supply a variant with the ® symbol.

  • When can you start?

We usually book projects 2–4 weeks in advance, but we’ll always try to fit you in sooner if we can.

  • How does payment work?

We ask for a 50% deposit to secure your spot, with the balance due on completion before we send final files.

  • Do you offer printing services?

Yes - we work with trusted UK printers to produce everything from flyers to premium finishes like foiling and spot UV.

  • Can we keep working together after the project?

Absolutely. Most clients stay with us for ongoing design support, campaign work, or marketing materials.

  • I already have branding - can you still help?

If you own the rights to your current branding and it aligns with our style, we’re happy to create additional assets. If we spot opportunities to better reach your audience, we’ll tell you - because your brand deserves to look its best.

  • Will a new logo help my business grow?

If your product or service is strong, your brand identity should amplify it. A well-designed identity builds trust, sets you apart, and elevates how people see your business from the very first impression.

  • Can’t I just get a cheap logo on Fiverr or AI?

You can - but generic design comes with hidden costs: inconsistent messaging, weaker positioning, and missed opportunities. Our work is about long-term clarity, confidence, and results.
